The Excelsior Festival is centered at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Persia Avenue. It is easily accessible from the Balboa Park BART station and monitered bicycle parking is provided on-site.
Parking is limited to street parking. We encourage festival visitors to use BART as their primary means of transportation. If a car is necessary, please allow plenty of time to find street parking so you can enjoy the live music, international food, arts displays, and activities throughout the day.
